Lincoln City Beach House

Our goal is to have a beautiful and restful recreational home for our close friends and family that is affordable and luxurious. We also desire to use this home to honor God by being a blessing to his workers and to charitable organizations which are a blessing to the community in his name.

Rates

$145 weekdays (excluding holidays, 2 night min); $195 weekends & Holidays (2 night min). Holidays are defined by the days kids are not in school.

Check In/Out

3:00PM/1:30PM

Clean Up

To keep our rates affordable and to keep from charging a large cleaning fee, we ask that you clean up after yourself when you leave. Be sure to have sheets and towels washed. One load left in the dryer is fine. The dishwasher needs to be run when you leave as well. Further cleaning instructions are at the house. (If desired a cleaning fee may be arranged for a fee of $85)
